Cancellation and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.
Conditions for return
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to cancel your order
You can cancel your order either by filling in the form below or by contacting me by email at hello@lauradahlqvist.com.
- Notify me of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
- You will receive a confirmation and instructions on how to pack and return the artwork.
- Pack the artwork carefully – I recommend using insured shipping.
Please note: Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once I have received and inspected the return, I will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact me at hello@lauradahlqvist.com.
Exceptions
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Artworks made to order or personalised at the customer’s request are not eligible for cancellation.
Damages and errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the artwork is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days: hello@lauradahlqvist.com
